SDBS is proud to announce our new Bluegrass Karaoke Hour at Fuddruckers in Chula Vista every third Tuesday of the month beginning in May 2007. From 7:00 to 8:00pm, SDBS will offer Bluegrass Karaoke, to sing and/or play a bluegrass song with our host band, The Full Deck. Our esteemed MC George Noble Jr. will kick things off and sing the first song with his rendition of Blue Moon of Kentucky and maybe Long Black Veil! It’s great fun and you may discover the "hidden performer within."

It’s easy—just send an email to us by Clicking Here and giving us (1) your name and or the name of your group (2) whether you want a 5 minute slot, a 15 minute slot or a 30 minute slot, and the date and time you would like to play.  Open Mic times and dates are, as noted above, Second Tuesday 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Fuddruckers La Mesa, Third Tuesday from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at Fuddruckers in Chula Vista, and the 4^th Tuesday of the month from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Boll Weevil Restaraunt in Miramar. Sign ups are on a first come first served basis, and if you send us an email in advance you will get a response confirming your appearance subject to there being time available.  We also do signups on site each evening, but those who sign up in advance will be given priority, so if you want to play, please let us know in advance and your chances of getting a slot are much greater.
